ok wow. these devs were thorough. npm ci is also aliased to a typo. `npm isntall-clean` which just reads like "npm isn't all clean"

TIL: npm install accepts a bunch of typos as aliases. **all valid** npm isnt npm isntal npm install I love that some npm dev looked at the error logs and said "fine, just make them all work."
