Shop inventory screen now uses 8 draw calls instead of 60+.Sprites and text now draw in order ("can't afford" panel covers text behind).Added a comparator panel to show which party members would benefit from a shop item. #DragonRuby

#procgen live parameter editing with a hot reloading capable game engine is quite fun and easy. If you use the hot reload properly I think you can avoid lots of editor UI you would have to build otherwise.#gamedev #dragonruby

Started playing around with @amirrajan's DragonRuby game toolkit and it's a blast. Only needed a few hours to get up and running with some basic top-down mechanics, all while writing Ruby for the first time. This is so much fun! #gamedev #pixelart #retro

The Primeagen @cursor_ai stream is the most painful thing I've ever watched. I just prompted this in 10 minutes with DragonRuby. Just give me the money instead. They spent 3 hours setting up their editor lmao.
