All of this, but additionally, have a good pen & paper notebook to write and work through the ideas and game systems. It helps find the unknown unknowns so well before you even start with any of the code. Would be my main advice, honestly.
my main gamedev advice would be to push through steep learning curves when you encounter them, try to recognise when you're procrastinating on lower-value tasks, avoid perfectionism, and kill your darlings if you need to.

Started with a paper calendar instead of my digital one. My to-do lists went back to pen & paper (mostly). Turned off nearly all of my notifications everywhere. I now check my mails and messages 2-3 times a day, manually. Haven't been this focused in a long time. Like.

Every time, after I take a proper break for a week or so - without screens and internet and all - I'm driven back to analogue media for productivity. Every digital to-do list, calendar, etc. is just a pain to use, and doesn't help me actually think through the events. The slower.

Took the past week off, having as little screen time as possible. Best mental replenisher you can do, honestly. So much on the internet is just made to addict you and exhaust you. Once in a while, I think you should break out of it. Be bored, let the thoughts flow.
