Every day when I wake up, I spend 30 minutes just reading the documentation for #Clojure. It sounds odd, but it always gets me excited to start working

Started reading āGetting Clojureā and I think these points in the preface makes for a good recipe for any dev blog post

I have been obsessing over Clojure and Lisps recently, as well as writing better notes when reading technical books, so here are some notes from SICP in case it piques your interest. My notes are in Obsidian

But now it finally compiles and runs without segfaulting. That's when I have had to scrap my requirement of reading arbitrary long words. 10K long will have to do. So this comparison is unfair to Clojure...

Just started reading clojure for the brave and true. It's been fun and hilarious, just my type of book to learn programming :) Hopefully I can finish this one.

If you're reading the awesome "Build a Large Language Model (From Scratch)" book by @rasbt and wondering how to get GPT-2 byte-pair encoder in Clojure, you can get it from jtokkit by setting the encoding type to r50k_base. I compared the encodings of the "the verdict" text

You can now solve Advent of Code puzzles from the #squintcljs playground. You are asked to enter your Advent of Code token the first time for reading puzzle input and then it's stored in local storage. #clojure #clojurescript

reading this book about Clojure (Clojure for the Brave and True by D Higginbotham), jumped right in to chapter 5 realizing how crazy it is that coding, when it really comes down to it, is just managing the relationships between "things that change" + "things that don't change"

@haxor This one? https://t.co/JqCZVsxRvZ How are you finding it so far? I never got around to reading it bc I already knew Clojure and OO. There is also an excellent blog translating design patterns to Clojure, which presumably has some overlap w/ the book: https://t.co/qTImNiSb9h

@unclebobmartin I am reading your "Functional Design". I don't understand the sentence "This means we can use it with Clojure's `agent` STM facility". In Clojure, agent and STM are difference concepts, right? https://t.co/Su4RHrLliw

@LGrapenthin sounds cool! it's not exactly a library, but I'm curious about rama's supposedly 100x dev ex. they have clojure lib, but I still have no clue what it is even after reading about it a few time previously.

Need another 100 verified users to follow me. If you know anyone, kidnap their kitten. I'll keep it safe.
