RCGPAC ‘25 I had such an exciting time. The 3rd frame was my expression nearly all day - putting faces to names, meeting old friends and making new ones, I might have done more networking than learning 👀😂 Day one was a success. Proudly #teamGP 😁☺️

In just ten years, 1 in 20 FTE NHS GPs in England has left the workforce. This issue is not just about numbers; it represents a loss of valuable experience and expertise that the profession can ill-afford. General practice must be valued. #RebuildGP #TeamGP

GP numbers are up due to more trainees, but FTE fully qualified GPs (inc locums) have fallen since 2015. There must be a focus on retaining and supporting our existing workforce to maintain this growth. #teamgp

On average around one and a half million patients have a GP appointment every weekday and providing the care patients need now and in the future will require substantial further investment, and a more substantive modern contract. #TeamGP
