Enjoyed watching Nobody Wants This S1 & didn’t think it needed a S2. Now that it’s out and I have some time, I hope it is as enjoyable and warm as S1 was.

Medicine keeps you humble. The moment you think you’ve seen it all, the next patient proves you haven’t.

The person driving behind me today had a child (looked less than 24 mo) in the front passenger seat, leaning on the dashboard - can’t tell if there was someone else in the seat with him. My first thought was - is this some Halloween trick? But it was a little human indeed 😕

This is idyllic. Certainly deserves a top spot on my travel list 😍
Today's stop: Tenby, Pembrokeshire, Wales. This picturesque seaside Welsh town blew my mind. From the pastel coloured houses to the tidal island of St Catherine's to the gorgeous sandy beaches to the eclectic mix of marine life, a visit to Tenby deserves a spot on your list.

Today's stop: Confetti Flower Field, Wick, Pershore, Worcestershire. I learnt about this field earlier this week & I am glad I visited. With endless rows of confetti to walk through & lots of picnic spaces, it is perfect for a day trip. The field is open till Sunday (10-5).
Stopped in London for some quick business & squeezed in a stop at the UK's famous bascule bridge. I learnt a lot in the time I spent exploring the tower &—even better—got my adrenaline fix walking the glass floors.😉 Next on the list has to be watching one of the bridge lifts.

Today's stop: Skomer Island, Pembrokeshire, Wales. Went for the Atlantic Puffins who nest here from April to Mid-August before returning to sea and had an amazing time with @Nurse_Voke. Skomer Island is Pembrokeshire's largest island and Wales' only marine nature reserve.

@annieejiofor Wales is so beautiful. I'm partial to South Wales and can't wait to go back.

Part of the reason I was excited about attending the RCGPAC in Wales was the opportunity to visit, especially as it was the only UK nation I hadn’t visited. Had heard nice things about it & it met my expectations. 🏴

As someone who has approached AI with scepticism, I found the #RCGPAC sessions on the use of AI in medical education & GP quite insightful. In summary, your input will determine your output, cross-check results & use your common sense. Ignoring it won't make it go away.

RCGPAC ‘25 I had such an exciting time. The 3rd frame was my expression nearly all day - putting faces to names, meeting old friends and making new ones, I might have done more networking than learning 👀😂 Day one was a success. Proudly #teamGP 😁☺️

This is one of my favorite childhood memories. Next to this being carried at night to bed after falling asleep on the couch.

Fab day at the @rcpsychOHSIG Annual Conference 2025. I was lucky to win the resident’s poster prize last year so did a short presentation where I reflected on my journey in Occupational Medicine and Psychiatry and compared both training programmes. Grateful for everything.

I felt this way during HJ. I think ignorance and poverty worsens the prognosis. In places (even within Nigeria) where these are minimized or completely removed, internal medicine is beautiful. Still, it’s not everyone’s cup of tea and shouldn’t be really.
I can’t deal with internal medicine bruh😭. Too much stuff but the patient go still expire. The shege in that department is now premium grade?💀 Abeg shift, let me face surgery or O&G.
