I like the bucket strategy but also thinking about trying to convert a portion of the portfolio to a mix of dividend stocks like $QQQI, $DIVO & $VYM to see if we could cash flow our lives off dividends. Playing with ideas as we are still 10 yrs out

We closed! This marks our 6th rental, 8th door and around $1.3M in rental real estate. Brick by brick…. We will continue to buy one house a year as our portfolio grows. Barely snuck in 2025’s.

Update: Called the management company to find out the tenant has decided to stay AND paid rent in full for the month 💰💰
We had a tenant move out of one of our houses on 8/1. Today is the first day the management company will get in to take a look. Hoping it’s in good shape for an easy flip to get back on market.
