Just did the 2025 update and up another 22.5% this year....it's been a great run.
Never tracked net worth in the early days but I have for the past 8 years. Crazy to see the YOY increases. 14.5%🔼 7.7%🔼 13.5🔼 31%🔼 7.2%🔻 30%🔼 33%🔼 Stay consistent and believe in yourself.

Just wrapped up inputting our dividend summary for our brokerage account (started 4.5 yrs ago). Our dividends are up 33% YOY but our dividend percentage only went up from 1.638% to 1.712% To me this Indicates we are not chasing yield but focused on good quality ETFs.

Wow, to be fairly valued, the market needs to DROP 25%! I think we are over bought but 25% seems a bit much. Time will tell.
"Rule of 20" (suggests market is fairly valued when CPI y/y and S&P 500's P/E add to 20) continues to emphasize an increasingly expensive market as of September (using latest CPI data available)

Ok, hear me out @DividendKam . I've now added a 3rd fund for the 4th quarter weekly Wednesday buys. So in addition to $SCHD & $QQQI , I will now ad $FDVV every Wednesday.
