Exactly right. California’s so-called “sanctuary” laws like SB54 (Sanctuary law) put politics over public safety. It’s time to amend SB54 and allow local law enforcement to work with our federal partners to keep violent criminals off our streets. We need law and order, not.

Nothing to see here. Governor Spencer Cox and Mike McKell (Cox’s brother in law),both attorneys, proposing to shift Utah’s Attorney General from an elected to an appointed position. The last thing Utahns need is the centralizing of power in the governor’s hands.
