Attended not one but two fascinating events today (one in person!) - the #YidanPrize and #NossLecture - very different, but some common threads around (i) importance of early years, and (ii) play.

“Education has very little to do with explanation, it has to do with engagement.” Using 4Ps: Projects, Passion, Peers & Play to support creative learning. So many great takeaways from MIT’s Professor Mitch Resnick @mres in the #NossLecture @uclknowledgelab @IOE_London

Excellent presentation from @mres at UCL. Tendency to see creativity as a "busy" process, building on and reassembling innovation. I'm not sure. I think doing something new requires a clearing from where we need to start. For teachers, this is in the relationship. #NossLecture
