Northfields Station was opened by the District Railway in April 1908, as "Northfield (Ealing)" to serve growing housing in the area. It was rebuilt in 1911 and renamed "Northfields and Little Ealing". This original station, on the west side of Northfield Avenue, closed in 1932.

The @ltmuseum 1938 Stock returned to the Piccadilly Line this weekend, completing trips between Northfields & Heathrow Terminal 4. As the sun popped out today, I managed to grab a few shots before the clouds came across. It is pictured at Acton Town, Boston Manor & Osterley.
