With 2024 now almost complete, here are my four favourite shots from the year! We were blessed with some gorgeous summer sun & I've ticked off more new places! Here's to 2025! 🎉🎉 📸: Battersea Power Station, Shiplake, Imperial Wharf and Lizard Point.

Fantastic attending the @reading_buses EV bus launch (with my university hat on), as the 24 @ADLbus Enviro400EV enter service tomorrow morning at 4am on the Purple 17 and Claret 21. Great to see yet more investment into the fleet, and can't wait to have them on the daily commute!

After just over a week in Hong Kong, it's time to head back home! It's been lovely spending some time in the sunshine snapping a couple of buses, and seeing relatives. Couple of bits ticked off too, including the @ADLbus Enviro500EV and the 1933 Retro livery on a few KMB buses!

Back in Hong Kong for a little break, before returning to a busy Centenary year! While most of my time is spent with relatives, there's always some time to snap a couple of buses! Pictured are an array of buses, hoping to catch a couple bits including the ADL Enviro500EV.

2025 has been quite a year, busy all around but lots of places travelled to! I've added Copenhagen & Rotterdam to the international list, and the Lake & Peak District to the UK list! We've had plenty of sun this year, and hopefully there's lots more in the new year!

Reading Buses' new electric buses debut today, as they shuttle our graduates from Whiteknights to London Road. Relatively smooth journey, although the bumpy road doesn't help with a few squeaks internally. Hopefully it won't be too long until the 17 & 21 receive their batches!

The Alexander Dennis Enviro200 can be found across the UK, but its time in NW & W London is rapidly declining. DE20195 (YX11FZY), is one of two at Edgware, with a handful left across a few garages. While electrification reduces emissions, I'll remember these when I was a kid!

After a few busy weeks, I thought it would be time to catch up with some of the most recent changes. Route 224 passed back to Metroline, with an allocation of Enviro200s previously found on the 206. DEL1976 (YX12AZG) is pictured by Brent Park as it headed to St Raphael's.

Despite the six Wright SRMs being very local to me, I hadn't noticed the camera mirror retrofit! VHR45208 (LJ66EZU) is pictured in Stonebridge Park as it heads to Edgware Station on route 79 with it's new(ish) camera mirrors.

London's newest bus route, the Bakerloop was introduced last week between Waterloo and Lewisham, a precursor to a possible Bakerloo Line extension in the future (subject to funding). Go Ahead runs the route with 5 year old electric buses, which also has Bakerloo Line moquette!

More former Stagecoach Scania K270UB ADL Enviro300SGs are entering service with Reading. Three will feature this rather distinct red Winnersh Triangle Park & Ride livery, as shown by 445 (YR14CFZ) this afternoon as it headed to Winnersh Triangle on the 500.

With the semester almost open us, the White Knight 20 returns after a summer break. A spot I've been meaning to try worked perfectly, Reading Buses 1208 (RG05BUS) is pictured on campus as it heads to Reading Station from Whiteknights Campus.

Stagecoach London has been supporting @macmillancancer for the last few years, painting one of their buses in green, and in memory of Martyn Henderson. 82112 (WLT 546) is next to wear the green, as seen in Romford this morning on route 247.

Something I've always wanted to do, is watch motorsport in the flesh. The @EuropeanLMS is at Silverstone and I could not pass on the opportunity, it's been wonderful watching the LMGT3, LMP2 and LMP3 cars wizz around this iconic circuit!

Cricklewood bus garage is currently electrifying a number of their routes, with the 266 next on the list. WDE3142 (LY74NYC) is one of the new Electroliner allocation, and is pictured at Acton Town Hall after completing a trip from Brent Cross, Shopping Centre.

It has been a lovely sunny bank holiday weekend, a change to the usual grey bank holidays! With a spare few hours on Sunday and today, went off in search of some of the more difficult spots (at times), and it paid off! A couple pictured from West and East London.

The Harrogate Bus Company has recently put a batch of new Mercedes-Benz eCitaros into service. One of the most comfortable electric buses I've been on, with comfy seats, smooth acceleration & extremely quick, what's not to love! 1001 (BV74NEF) is pictured on the 6 to Pannal Ash.

For the last couple of days, I've been in Yorkshire, one of my favourite places in the UK! A wonderful place for long hikes, stunning scenery and a couple of nice buses. Couple of highlights pictured, but hats off to @harrogatebus with their ever fantastic service too!

Uplifts at the end of August to routes at Carousel Buses have kick-started the beginning of fleet movements within the Go Ahead group. Formerly E284 with Go Ahead London, 80600 (SN66WNE) is pictured in Uxbridge, back in London, as it heads to High Wycombe on route 102.

A quick visit to Kingston, and the rebuilt Cromwell Road Bus Station. It has some lovely curved architecture and despite having a living roof, I definitely think there could be a bit more greenery! Either way, much nicer than other bus stations in London (umm Harrow)! Kingston
