@michelletandler Unprepared is Bad Habit. But the rest are inevitable in large, multishore programs and I've encountered them even 10-15 years ago. Once the train announcements of London Waterloo station were more audible than the voice of our Program Manager on a Steering Committee call!

@sugandhabee Total BS. In multishore-delivery companies / programs, US team members take calls even at 5AM or 9PM. Your 6PM claim is rubbish even for UK DE BENELUX folks.
