This is a double #kettlebell killer combo. It's a clean, jerk, squat thruster, into a bent-over row. I ran this for 2 minutes AMRAP, 4 minutes of active recovery, 5 cycles, and followed up with 6 minutes of snatch. #kettlebellworkout
