Boys shouldn’t compete in girls’ sports - period. The Ohio statute defines “biological sex.” It doesn’t say anything about “birth certificate.” Using an “updated” birth certificate as a ploy to let boys play in girls’ sports is a plain violation of Ohio law & we’ll enforce

Somehow truth always surfaces to the top. It can only be concealed for so long until it is revealed to be the TRUTH that it is. I learned much from this book when working in the #SAFEAct. #HB68. It is a tremendous resource for anyone studying the topic.

Committees heard testimony from @KYCOhio staff, who shared the experience of Trans athletes on the swim team they coach — my son's teammates — and I promise those Trans swimmers are welcome by their friends and competitors. They make the sport better. HB68 is immoral.
@phh4Toledo @billdemora Sen, @KentKSmith cites his participation as the team announcer for the Burning River Roller Derby, and how that sport is Trans friendly. The bill up for debate blocks Trans students from participating in high school sports under their affirmed gender.

At least we have made Ohio a Safe space due to the #SAFEAct #HB68. @detransaqua helped make that possible. I hope Michigan can follow. Every state should be a safe place for children to grow up in tact.
