💡 We used double spheroids to explore laminin's influence. #Cholangiocytes in a laminin-rich environment showed reduced migration and retained cholangiocyte markers, suggesting #laminin acts as a gatekeeper, preserving the biliary phenotype.

🔬 In our CLD model, DR cells divide in two distinct groups: those surrounded by laminin (Lam-DRs) and those without (noLam-DRs). Interestingly, Lam-DRs maintain cholangiocyte characteristics, while noLam-DRs show signs of hepatocyte differentiation. #ECM
