Latest live update: mTORC1 signaling in a single cell-derived clone homozygous for both I2017T (hyperactivation) and F2108L (rapamycin resistance) MTOR mutations via successive rounds of PE and coselection. Fluorescence intensity is inversely proportional to mTORC1 signaling.
