Today, Caltrans & @SANDAG are commemorating another significant #BuildNCC milestone – 4 new miles of HOV Lanes on I-5 from Palomar Airport Rd in the @CarlsbadCAGov to SR 78 in the @CityofOceanside! The SB lanes will open tomorrow, and the NB lanes will open in 2 weeks.
