Today’s Nature lovers shoutout goes to Anita Hayworth, PhD, our Board Vice Chair. Anita has focused on birds, biology, and conservation her entire life. Anita is Chair of Nature Collective’s Habitat Management Committee and assists various bird surveys at the San Elijo Lagoon.

Thanks to a grant from @TheCACoast , @CA_king_tides , @CEEIN4u , during the 2024-2025 school year, Nature Collective will engage @EUHSD 's entire 5th grade student & teacher population + student families in learning experiences that explore coastal habitats and wildlife.
