TY🙏 for your patience this morning as firefighters dealt with a burning semi on SB 5 in Encinitas. Took 4 hours to put out the fire. Caltrans crew were able to open 2 lanes while working in the right lanes using a crane, bobcat & forklift. The debris filled four 40-yd dumpsters.

An encampment under I-8 near the Moreno Bike Path in San Diego was cleared. The three people living there were offered services. Ten cubic yards of debris, enough to fill four full-size pickup trucks, were removed.
