Since the founding I get asked often how DIA-NN started. It was born out of the the need to analyse large yeast DIA proteomes recorded @TheCrick funded by the @BBSRC in a joint project with @lilley_ks, later by @bmbf. Aptila is a @ChariteBerlin spin off.
