Researchers analysed 1,546 exercise sessions lasting 10–30 min in 482 people, when their blood sugar levels were above 10 mmol/L. For each exercise session, they compared CGM data to a matched rest period with similar starting glucose, insulin, and recent trends.

There's still time to take part in this study by researchers at the University of Leeds to help them understand what life is like at school with #Type1Diabetes 👇
Researchers at the University of Leeds are recruiting young people (aged 11-18) at secondary school who are living with type 1 for their study🏫 By participating, you can help them understand what life is like at school with type 1, so they can make things better. #TrialTuesday
