BBMP’s so called SWM user fee is daylight robbery. I live in the Varthur area, which continues to suffer from some of the worst roads and sanitations in Bengaluru. Yet BBMP has the audacity to levy an additional 10%–30% over property tax in the name of Solid Waste Management.
