An exciting start to the school week with Thomas in Year 8 winning a competition to be dropped to school by F1 driver
@LandoNorris
in his
@McLarenF1
road car. A morning never to forget.
Congratulations to Ethan in 7W who was asked to perform at a gala dinner held by Creative Youth for the sponsors of Fuse Festival. With very little notice or rehearsal he performed his solo song and even met Prince Edward, the Duke of Edinburgh.
Chris in the Upper Sixth is currently in the Caribbean playing for Scotland in the U19

At the end of assembly this morning I was thrilled to share the news that over half-term I will be welcoming my new chocolate Labrador puppy, Bracken who will become our very own

. She has her paws crossed that she can meet you all soon!
I hope everyone is well. As some light relief at the end of the day, here as promised is proof of my complete lack of any sporting ability! At least Mr Bown fared a little better. With thanks to Maestro Pavarotti for the music.

The Halliford School Test Centre created in record time and ready to receive students & staff for mass testing to keep the Halliford School community safe. Whilst not needed immediately it is all set for when we return to school, hopefully in the very near future.

Muddy conditions at Surrey Schools XC Champs meant 15mm spikes ... one of Spencer's shoes lost a battle with someone else's spikes halfway around. He still managed top 20 with half a shoe and managed to qualify for the inter-counties.
