Do NOT install any agentic browsers like OpenAI Atlas that just launched. Prompt injection attacks (malicious hidden prompts on websites) can easily hijack your computer, all your files and even log into your brokerage or banking using your credentials. Don’t be a guinea pig.

The security vulnerability we found in Perplexity’s Comet browser this summer is not an isolated issue. Indirect prompt injections are a systemic problem facing Comet and other AI-powered browsers. Today we’re publishing details on more security vulnerabilities we uncovered.

We presented our Blink light client for PoW chains at FC this year! It syncs with the tip of the chain by only checking 👀 2k+1 block headers 🚀 full paper here:

PoW light clients are crucial to the blockchain ecosystem. Their resource overhead? - SPV: Linear. - NIPoPoW: Polylog. - ZK: Constant, but often with trusted setup. 1/4

sparse-clients will soon be implemented by all networks that plan to scale to internet scale. not all nodes should need to maintain the entire chain state to ensure state consistency if they only ever care to interact with a few contracts. light clients don’t solve this. p.s.

1/ When was the last time you tried to synchronize a full node? It took some time, right? And probably it wasn’t even a high‑throughput chain like @SuiNetwork.

In Sunfish ( https://t.co/xRDrsUXjLR) we define a new blockchain client that sits in between full and light nodes: the sparse client! A sparse client: - monitors a substate of the state of the ledger - downloads ⏬, executes ⚙️, and stores 💾transactions touching that substate

1/ Jolt just got a 6× speedup. We now prove over 1,000,000 RISC-V cycles/sec on a 32-core CPU and over 500,000 cycles/sec on a MacBook, with proofs of about 50 KB. Here’s what’s new 🧵
