agave release engineering mini-update:
- 1.18.12 is a possible mainnnet-beta candidate (on testnet - devnet now)
- 1.18.12 looks ok so far, no promises
- Next week a candidate for mainnet-beta of a 1.18.X release
- 1.17.33 (we are skipping 1.17.32) probably
