Disappointed beyond measure w/ @hmvtweets event management. Despite queuing for @twotwofficial signing 30mins early, with others, it took over 1.5 hours for the queue to first move & no comms or updates. Result - 2.5 hours queuing, to then have to leave to get a train. Gutted.
