We have seen a spike in UK prison violence potentially due to allowing sex offenders and child killers into general population wings. We have multiple reports from prisoners and ex prisoners in Fosseway and Wakefield of having to “sign papers” at reception that they will not hurt

No he allegedly killed her with the truck. she managed to walk down the road to where her body was found before she collapsed and paramedics did their best to save her life.
