I pitched this plan to the whole Griswold family tonight and not one joke landed. The kids and grandparents were equally confused, and the soldier brother just said "accurate."

We ran a tiny one-shot experiment from a one-shot SWE-bench task with Claude Code to study the Context Engineering & Reuse Pattern: • 92 LLM calls invoked • ~2M input tokens • 13 minutes runtime • 92% prefix reuse rate With prefix caching, this single task drops from $6.00

The haters said that James Madison University didn't deserve a #CFBPlayoff slot over Notre Dame, Texas, or BYU. And they were correct. Honestly, great call by the haters.

This captures most of what I've learned losing two people in the last year (one killed by accident and one killed on purpose): 1) there is no wrong way to grieve 2) but humor is probably the best one
The texts between Conan, Will Arnett, and Jason Bateman are hilarious. Conan lost both of his parents and somehow joking about Bateman killing them is so dark and yet such a sweet way to help a friend grieve.
