You can make the world much healthier and happier if you built cities that allowed people to walk and congregate, and parks everywhere where they can play games and strengthen their bonds, than getting behind a microphone to shame them for not going in the gym everyday at 6am.

Feels even more absurd to add a moral element to health / the aesthetics of being in shape in a country that goes out of its way to make sure that people are as unhealthy as they can be — from sitting at work for hours to straight up poisoning people.
