Every year I put up this little ‘imperfect perfect’ xmas tree to remind myself that being a bit wonky is really okay and actually the reality of life. Don’t put unnecessary pressure on yourself to strive for perfection this Christmas. Imperfection and wonky are just as good.🤗

Last night when I was on call for Nurse Lifeline we received yet another caller in huge distress who wanted to end their life. After a little while we were able to connect and help the caller into a temporary safe space. Please share far and wide - it might just save a life. 💙
