From my research it appears it costs 240X more to become an ISP in Zimbabwe vs in South Africa @ZimTreasury @Potraz_zw @TateMavetera If these regulatory fees can be reduced I think Zimbabwean ISP's can reduce the cost of internet even further to the benefit of everyone.
