Not wrong. Indeed, so correct that my anticipation of getting attached to things has led me to preemptively force change upon me to prevent that from happening.
@mattyglesias I don't disagree as a policy matter, but one factor that's under-discussed when this comes up is the fact many of these seniors are deeply emotionally attached to the homes they've lived in for many decades & have no interest in leaving. I'm not quite sure what to do about that.
