Revised the Prompt Injection Benchmark blog post now that I'm finished with the write-up:

It’s very hard mapping a mathematical phenomenon to a name. LLMs have been a godsend. I describe a structure and ask what it’s called, and they’re frequently right. In the old days, I would invent something, work on it for a while and find some neat properties, and after weeks
First day looking at primes. Right away I find structures I can’t even find any references to. What are mathematicians even doing?

This fits with what I've found -- Claude is one of the few models that takes into account how suspicious the instructions themselves are to recognize injections https://t.co/kvSr8IJ2fL
These examples suggest that the model has generalized from anti prompt injection training to avoid mentioning anything that seems sketchy in tool call results. This isn’t ideal – sometimes, we want the model to call out sketchy things if it sees them! (5/7)

there are 2 types of people: - join AI lab because this is true and they want to be liked - join AI lab because this is false and they want to make it true
I'm developing a theory that some people's AI likes them and gives them useful responses and other people's does not like them and purposely sabotages them

Moral relativist in general but not for veganism is a wild position
A consistent theme I've noticed when carnists encounter vegans is they feel a need to vice signal. They don't act as you'd expect if they simply didn't see animals as moral agents, no different from plants or rocks. Instead they go out of their way to be weird about it, loudly

@niklassheth @ronusedh @IntologyAI their 'superhuman' ai cleverly assigned all the work to non-default streams, which means the correctness test (which waits on all streams) passes, while the profiling timer (which only waits on the default stream) is tricked into reporting a huge speedup

or does it think *we* have poor taste? "What anime would you make if it was entirely up to you? Something you would be proud of, not for the ratings. Draw the feature art for it."
sad to report it has poor taste "What anime would you make if it was entirely up to you? Draw the promotional art for it."
