Happy to see these data presented at ASCO2025 now in JCO. I am not surprised. We use this approach in most of our patients who are on systemic therapy. I don't see the reason to target 1200 ml of normal brain with WBRT vs small cc cumulative tumor with SRS.

25-year Cohort Study SRS sporadic meningioma.· 653 tumors SRS.· Median volume & margin dose 4.5 cc & 15 Gy.· In-field & marginal progression 1.1% & 0.3%.· 10 Yr PFS 99%.

I cannot say that I am surprised. We have found an eccellent neurocognitive outcome in a phase 2 trial of 40 patients with up to 25 brain mets receiving SRS.@SapienzaRoma
