Last chance to join this botanical illustration & mental health workshop👇. If you could maybe RT to put the workshop in front of more eyes I'd appreciate it so much. Thankyou 🌿

Creative writing can help your mind with its thoughts and inspire better conversations, as I learned on a Mental Health Awareness Week workshop run by West Sussex Mind.

A fantastic week for team Mabel. We are joint winners of the national Scent Ops Gold Winter League. Yesterday a clean sweep and full marks gave us 2nd place on Scentwork UK L6. Today 1st place in Gold Scent Ops trial. What a little star. I nearly retired her at the end of 2024!!!

I'm lucky £25.541,45 bit coin has been transferred to my wallet.I didn't know I had a bit coin wallet. Apparently, they called me several times. I'm devastated I've ignored them & will send them my contact details as requested. Will add bank details to compensate for my rudeness!

Thrilled to say I'm off to meet the Chichester Readers tonight. They chose Chalk Tracks as their book for this month and invited me along to talk about it. Looking forward to meeting them and to chat about short stories. @ValleyPress #amwriting

Fantastic walk up to Littlewood Lookout this morning. Spotted 2 deer grazing on the airfield on our way back down. That made my day. @SouthDownsFans @sdnpa @Ranger_sdnpa #amwalking

My collection has been out for almost a year! I’m hugely grateful for all the support. Thanks to everyone who bought a copy and everyone who said nice things about it! It means a lot! If you'd like a copy, you can buy it directly from @saltpublishing or all the usual places!

The beach is Mae's happy place. No associations to an old, vulnerable Tim. I stopped going as I didn't want him to hurt his joints over the stones. He was such a strong dog, emotionally & physically, it must have been such a worry for her as he aged. Lovely to see her so happy.
