We spoke to @ArraeCo during our BFCM webinar & we dont gatekeep. Offer existing subscribers bonus credits for their BFCM purchases. Why is works: ✅ rewards long-term customers ✅ prevents churn from “offer gamification” ✅ keep spend inside ecosystem

My one piece of advice for subscription brands going into BFCM don’t over discount. People are already primed to buy. Doing 20% vs 15% barely moves conversions, but big discounts destroy your long-term margins.
