Here's how we use @getacute to capture user feedback and prioritize our roadmap. The key for us is removing as much friction for users to share their thoughts with us. https://t.co/bijBaKBOas

Key inputs for product decisions: 1. Data 2. Customer feedback 3. Technical effort 4. Strategy 5. Industry landscape 6. Instinct Rely heavily on 1-3? Can move fast, but often too incremental. Rely heavily on 4-6? Can make big impact, but often fail prematurely. Hence, balance.

Prioritizing feature requests requires answering a mix of questions: How many people want it? How much value does it add to the product? How difficult is it to build? https://t.co/DfiRIbYsWy

Quantifying the volume of your feedback with a voting board can help with "recently bias" where people usually assume that things they heard recently have the greatest importance.

If you have lots of feedback but you are not analyzing it you might be "data rich but insights poor". Putting your customer feedback into context is what gives you the insights to act on it. https://t.co/y32oF1rd5s
