if good men refuse to accumulate money then money accumulates in the hands of demons, and while you contemplate the spiritual corruption of wealth, they're buying your children's destiny. so tell me again how noble it is to stay poor while they grow rich enough to rewrite reality

Don’t go looking for it I prefer to curate artificial discomfort It seems to be the most effective thing for me to hit a goal or get something important done

I’m an advocate for pain, suffering and discomfort There’s not a lot of great things you achieve without enduring some level of pain

Dear young, smart, ambitious Brits. If you can easily leave the UK, do it. @Keir_Starmer and @RachelReevesMP are planning to move Capital Gains Tax up by nearly double (from 20% to 39%). This means there's almost no point in entrepreneurs or investors taking a risk to build

Does this still apply if the properties were in a trust? Because I feel like it still does under most circumstances Literally no way out of this one unless you put it in your mama’s name
I know a guy right now, acquired 5 properties before marriage, going through divorce and has to sell 1 or 2 so that he can pay his ex-wife £350,000 cash…EVEN though she hasn’t invested 1p. Treacherous out here 🏡
