Flight from Seattle diverted to Palm Springs b/c it was unsafe to land at Burbank. Refueling & apparently giving it a go. Turbulence was an understatement on that flight. S/O to the amazing Pilot & staff for landing us safely. One more little flight & I’m home.

Many kids don’t realize how they unconsciously train their body during warm ups to be on their heals & back away from the ball so they don’t get hurt. Instead practice working through the ball.
