Agreeeed. I've been working on a bunch of new products for 6+ months and it's always surprising how long it takes.
Product development & seeding takes YEARS, not weeks or even months. If you think you're going to use catalog and product expansion as part of your growth strategy for 2026 or 2027 you better get started. Like right now.
