Dear @MMRDAOfficial rather than haphazard way for building UG Tunnel in MMR, we can have a Ring with planned lanes & exits (no bottle neck) and dedicated Bus Lanes, such that Mumbaikars don't have to travel like cattle. Tunnel Plan which coinsides with key roads for exit & entry
