Got a call from @Tesla with some incentives to renew our lease. The car was expected to be delivered Dec 28. Signed the order. The car is now expected to be next year and Tesla says they won’t honor incentives or refund thr $250. This is no way to do business @elonmusk

Optimizing for time is the way. IMO most problems can be broken into binary trees of smaller problems. We should be trying to solve those closer to the root with the smallest effort and time to ✅ . Most people try to solve the whole tree at once or obsess over the leaf nodes.

I just want to do things quickly - we’re going to die, so why blow 3 days on something that can be done 90 minutes? Is it actually going to be 16x better? This is the core of almost all arguments I have with people I work with. Can we just do it and see what happens?

My @Tesla app Background Activity has consumed 33% of my battery in the last 4 hours. The only change with previous days/months/years is that I scheduled a service which I have never done before. Im pretty sure there is a bug in there consuming a bunch of resources 😤
