The surge in e-bikes might be playing a role. Cyclists used to earn their speed, logging hours that build handling skills and reaction time needed to stay safe at 30 km/h+ E-bikes let anyone ride that fast without the skills to match the speed
Bicyclist deaths in the US are up 89% (!) since 2009. Biking on public roads doesn’t have to be this dangerous. This is a policy choice.

Outway is up 50% YoY with a 5% lift in gross margin and 5Ă— on net profit as of Q3. No silver bullets. Just compounding small improvements over time. Plenty left to do, but the momentum is building.
