Had to have a conversation with a friend who said they were “too empathetic to live in new York because it was painful to see all the people struggling” I was like…. People struggle literally everywhere you’re just used to ignoring them by transporting everywhere via car lol
dabbling in food content online with a history of disordered eating feels soooooo dangerous lol like obviously taking photos of my food and sharing it brings me joy but it always feels like an extension of cataloging my food which could slip into something more sinister

i think veganism is awesome + i truly tried getting enough protein/all the nutrients i needed, but honestly i started eating very small amounts of meat 3 weeks ago and i feel better than I have in the past 3 years (and it makes me feel a bit like a failure !!!lol)
