The big number in the centre represents the year it was manufactured. The petals of the flower represent the 12 months of the year. The dots in each petal represent the weeks in the month. This example shows that it was made 1st week in June 2019.

My grandma sent me this and it really got me 🥺 My Ma was a nurse and a fantastic one at that, I’ve wanted to be a nurse since I was 5 years old… so I could be just like her! 🥰
