Very disappointed with the response from @ATGTICKETS . Explained that I’m a nurse working on a ward with a covid outbreak. I’ve been in close contact with a number of staff and patients,I don’t use track and trace as I would get“pinged”daily to isolate.only get a refund if c19+ve

Arrived to a filthy villa, with a very strong smell of damp.Apparently that’s normal and the maintenance manager says it’s clean, so that’s that! Great Thankyou TUI for what’s going to be a ruined holiday.
