"Raising the blob fee" is as myopic as it gets. The whole purpose of rollups is to use L1 as a root of trust while expanding the chains using ETH as the core asset. Value comes from moneyness, not the burn - see BTC. Random price hikes torch credibility, new rollups will simply.
