Swimming is great for a few reasons:
1. Low impact on joints (unlike running while overweight)
2. Tons of variety with different strokes etc.
3. Perfect excuse to shave full-body

No. Objectively "harder"
Chess has a maximum number of legal positions (10^46). Yugioh has >7626 cards so at minimum for a 40 card deck thats 7626!/7613! or 10^50
So just building a deck in Yugioh is more complex than every theoretical position of Chess

Today I got bashed for promoting eating disorders (track calories + eat healthy food)
And having a beer belly (from a pic of me at 23% bodyfat?)

Getting abs is definitely a challenge
But at this point I really want to achieve it lol
Here's what I'm doing to help reach that:
-10k+ steps/day
-Meal prep 80% of my food
-Extra cardio training (sprints + mile time)
-Zero sugar drinks

It also has a lot of omega-3 fatty acids and biotin (nutrient that is good for hair+skin)

When you start working on your appearance, it's natural to feel embarassed that you don't look the way you want
But that's why you want to change, right?

Been thinking about what I would enjoy (that I haven't tried before)... ended up looking into all of the different conventions I could find in my state

Femboys when I tell them they can be healthy eating chicken tendies every day
(strips of chicken breast - cover with greek yogurt, layer on panko w/ added butter & spices of your choice)
