🙋🏼‍♂️Paddock size problem. 290ha is great continuous cropping size. I want 3yr legume pasture (sheep),3yr crop rotation. Do I put in central lane or lane against forest & keep paddocks long with temporary subdivisional fencing in pasture phase. 🤔Please help me with this balance 🤷‍♂️

Just visited a client that is using more hot wires at lambing for the first time. With the addition of a rhino bar to side by side he has gone one step further and put bungees across gateways. No gates to open at all in lambing paddock run. Working a treat!

All 11 pivots are now fenced! Now for the lane ways & trough projects... We find our intensive irrigation program responds well to livestock pulsing - and we will segment 100 & 200acre circles into 4 & 8 parts (hot wire). Great for organic carbon 🌱

These Te Pari autodrafters are great, but bloody heavy if you need to move them frequently. Had a bloke build a swinging arm to make it a 5 minute one-man job.

Netting supposed to reduce wind speed by 35%...will see over next few days if this is enough to protect hedge guards blowing over on our new avenue of oak trees with hornbeam hedge 🌳

Today we have: 1,336 total active cases, down from over 7,880 in mid-August. 74 active cases in regional areas, down from 518. Everything you're doing is working, Victoria. We just have to stay the course.

Thought I’d better post a video just to prove that I do work occasionally. This was the last little bit, fairly heavy with 300 odd droppers at a combination of in front and behind the pulleys. #WestonFence
